Hey there!

I'm Ustina, the founder and owner of UTS Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC.

I'm passionate about helping adult individuals and couples break free from negative cycles using Emotionally Focused Therapy and other modalities. As a fully certified EFT therapist, I specialize in improving boundaries, relationships, life transitions, navigating conflict, and managing anxiety and depression. Plus, I offer consultation services to other providers and supervision to limited licensed counselors.

When I'm not at work, I love to practice yoga, go hiking, train for races, find new coffee shops, experiment with my hair color, and explore various cultures. I'm looking forward to connecting with you and helping you begin your journey toward a happier, healthier life!
