My Approach

I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for my clients (ages 18+) to explore their emotions and experiences.
 

I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to uncover underlying challenges, enhance communication, and deepen emotional connections. Additionally, I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals heal from past traumas. I am also certified in the David Kessler Grief Educator Program to support those navigating loss and grief.

 

By combining multiple therapeutic modalities, I can provide comprehensive support for my clients as they navigate their emotional challenges, heal from past wounds, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
