I make sure your supervision plan aligns with Michigan requirements — including the 3,000 hours of post-degree counseling experience and 100 hours of supervision — and that you feel supported along the way.

I keep my rates clear and simple:

• Michigan LPC licensure supervision (LLPC): $70 per hour

• EFCT supervision / consultation: $125 per hour

Most of the clinicians I work with meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your schedule, caseload, and licensure timeline. In our time together, we’ll slow things down and really look at your work:

You can expect a mix of support and skill-building — case conceptualization, intervention strategy, ethics, documentation, and professional identity. I want supervision to feel practical and grounding, but also like a space where you can be human and bring in the real parts of the work.

My supervision style is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’m not here to “grade” you — I’m here to help you become more you as a clinician. I’ll offer structure, guidance, and direct feedback, while also honoring your instincts and strengths.

Yes, absolutely. If you’re on the ICEEFT certification path, supervision is where the model becomes embodied. ICEEFT requires core training (Externship + Core Skills) and a minimum of 8 hours of EFCT supervision/consultation, and many therapists choose more than the minimum to feel truly solid in their EFT work. Yes — and I do it gently. If you’re open to it, video or audio review is one of the most supportive ways to grow, especially in EFCT.
