We've partnered with Mentaya to simplify reimbursement for your therapy sessions using out-of-network benefits. Mentaya is ideal for those who:

Have out-of-network benefits
Are overwhelmed by superbills
Struggled to get reimbursed from previous submissions
Want avoid paperwork hassle

Here's how it works:

1. Sign up for Mentaya.

2. Our practice enters your sessions.

3. Mentaya submits the claim and follows up with insurance.

4. You receive your reimbursement! Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, ensuring all paperwork and denials are handled. They successful submissions or a full refund of fees.

The No Surprise Act requires me to give you a Good Faith Estimate for treatment. The number of sessions needed is uncertain and may vary based on your symptoms progress. At $200 per session, the estimated total for weekly sessions over a year $10,400, valid for12 months.

**There is always a chance insurance companies can deny services if they do not view services as medically necessary. Any denied claim is at the expense of the client. Investement rates frequently will increase to make the cost of living, inflation, and insurance reimbursement rates. Please note the investment price is not set and stone.
