How I discovered this model.
During the COVID pandemic, I discovered Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) while seeking career fulfillment. Joining the level one training felt like a dream, as I found my true calling and a sense of belonging. EFCT allows me to embrace my authentic self without shame, and I am passionate about helping couples realize their potential for change.
