We recognize that unexpected life events can arise. If you are to attend the workshop, please reach out to ustina@utscounseling.com as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days before the workshop will receive a full refund or be applied to the next workshop's registration. Cancellations between 29 and 21 days prior will receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made 20 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that there will be a reduction of the administration fee of $25 taken from the refund.
